In BE 2441, Phra Kring Thepmolee was created by Phra Sungkkarah (Pea), with only 9 pieces ever made. One hundred years later, in BE 2541, Wat Suthat held a grand consecration ceremony (Pitee Putta Pisek) across 21 blessing ceremonies with participation from many of Thailand’s most respected Geji Ajahn monks.
