LP Chamlong – Famous Black Takrut, Wat Jeidi Deang, Ayutthaya
Luang Phor Chamlong of Wat Jeidi Deang, Ayutthaya, was one of the most respected Thai Buddhist masters, widely known for his sacred knowledge and powerful amulets. He was often invited to participate in blessing ceremonies with other highly revered monks. Among his sacred creations, his Takrut amulets are the most famous and highly sought after.
The Four Legendary Takrut of LP Chamlong
LP Chamlong created Takrut following ancient Ayutthaya-era methods, using rolled lead sheets inscribed with powerful yantra, chanted with sacred mantras, wrapped in holy thread, and sealed with black lacquer and gold. His Takrut are well known for their beautiful appearance and great spiritual power. The four main types include:
-
Black Takrut – Protection, invulnerability (Klewklad, Kongkraphan), and authority
-
Red Takrut – Metta, charm, smooth speech, and success in business or negotiations
-
Sarika Takrut (pair) – Love, attraction, popularity, and wealth
-
Trimath Takrut – Blessed throughout Buddhist Lent, combining all supreme powers
The Famous Black Takrut (Takrut Dam)
The Black Takrut is the most legendary, renowned for invulnerability, protection, and authority. It has long been favored by soldiers, police officers, government officials, merchants, and people who travel frequently. Many owners report powerful real-life experiences.
-
A motorcycle taxi rider once claimed his LP Chamlong Black Takrut made bullets misfire when tested with 4 shots.
-
In another case, police officers tested different Takrut at a shooting range—only LP Chamlong’s Takrut caused bullets to misfire, leaving witnesses astonished.
Because of these stories, LP Chamlong’s Black Takrut is considered one of the strongest amulets for invulnerability and protection against dangers, curses, and unseen harm.
Rare & Collectible
One of the most sought-after editions is the Black Takrut Trimath BE 2548 (2005), measuring 4.3 cm, specially consecrated by LP Chamlong for 3 months during Buddhist Lent. These were all taken within a single day after release, making them extremely rare.
Legacy of LP Chamlong
LP Chamlong peacefully passed away on 8 February 2012 at the age of 87, but his sacred amulets continue to be cherished by disciples across Thailand and abroad.
